The current pandemic has surely shown the demand for internet access and the struggles of getting connected to the internet. We want to help all our new customers and current customers to stay connected regardless of being able to pay your bill.
We're in this together!
To help customers that are struggling to or lost internet access with another internet provider, we would like you to submit a request for internet with us! If you'll be able to prove loss of hours on work or difficulty of gig work, we'll wave your internet bill for an full three months! If you're also able to prove furlough or layoff from your employment, you may also qualify for slashed bill prices after three months until you are able to work again!
Staying connected to the internet is important for people's education, social life, and more. It's time to help our community as best as we can to keep everyone connected. We're still a new internet provider and will try our best to expand as quickly as we can!
If you're an existing customer, please refer to our contact us page and let us know if you need help with paying your bills or want to qualify for a bill reduction or wave of your bill for three months! We appreciate you staying with DermX! If you are ever having problems with your internet, you can refer to our RapidRoute page or our web app in your internet service plan to see your signal strength and other information yourself!
If you're a new customer, please also refer to our contact us page and ask for service in your area. Be sure to also ask your neighbors to also register to help prioritize your area!
